Eonlastomer is the trademark of Eon Technologies for its perfluoroelastomer O-ring parts. Eonlastomer is efficiently used for direct contact area for plasma, wet process and various poisonous gas exposure areas where the conventional fluoroelastomer materials cannot be applied. Eonlastomer parts have virtually universal chemical resistance especially to ketone, esters and amine, which could not be used with other elastomer products. Eonlastomer is unlike the scaling parts made of fluoro rubber and silicone, which are easy to swell, harden or become brittle and cause particles. Eonlastomer parts remain tight and resist swelling in a wide range of chemicals and retain their elasticity and recovery properties in a wide range of temperatures.
